These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, franchise model, and access to our website. By using our services or becoming a Gromon franchisee/agent, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Services Offered
Gromon is a registered software company offering digital solutions, including

All services are fulfilled by the official Gromon team or approved vendor partners.
2. Payment and Pricing

All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

GST (18%) is applicable on all services as per prevailing government norms.

Agents must adhere to Gromon’s standard pricing guidelines. Overcharging or hidden charges are strictly prohibited.
3. Delivery Timelines

Website delivery: 3 to 7 working days

Custom software, app development, or SEO services may require additional time as per project scope.

Gromon is not liable for delays caused by the client, such as late content submissions or feedback.
4. Revisions Policy

Clients are entitled to two free revisions within the scope of the original work.

Any major changes or additional requirements beyond the approved scope will be charged separately.
5. Refund Policy

Gromon follows a strict no-refund policy once the work has commenced or credentials have been shared.

Refunds will only be considered if Gromon fails to deliver the agreed service within 15 working days without a valid reason.
6. Franchisee/Agent Terms

Franchisees/agents must follow official training, pricing, and branding guidelines.

A fixed 30% commission is applicable on each successful sale executed by the Gromon backend team.

Misuse of the Gromon brand name, false commitments to clients, or policy violations may result in immediate termination.

Franchisees/agents do not hold any ownership or authority over Gromon assets, tools, or intellectual property.
7. Ownership of Work

Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables, including login credentials, design files, and content (if applicable).

Gromon reserves the right to feature completed work in its public portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Data Privacy

All client and agent data shared with Gromon is kept strictly confidential.

Gromon does not sell or share data with any third party without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability

Gromon shall not be held responsible for losses due to third-party services, hosting/server issues, or delays caused by external factors.

Clients are advised to use reliable service providers for hosting, domains, and related integrations.
10. Termination Clause

Gromon reserves the right to terminate any agent/franchise agreement without prior notice in cases of fraud, unethical behavior, or violation of brand integrity.
11. Updates to Terms
These terms & conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Users and agents are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued usage of services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
